Accessible Seating and ADA Guide -- World Cup 2026 MetLife Stadium

MetLife Stadium is fully ADA compliant and has extensive accessible seating and facilities for the 2026 World Cup. Here is everything fans with disabilities need to know before attending a match.

Accessible ticket purchasing

Accessible seating for World Cup matches at MetLife is available through the FIFA official ticket sale at FIFA.com/tickets and through Ticketmaster. When purchasing, look for the accessibility filter or contact the FIFA ticketing accessibility team directly via FIFA.com if you need assistance selecting appropriate seating. Accessible seats are spread across multiple price categories and seating areas throughout the stadium.

Each accessible ticket typically includes an adjacent companion seat for a personal care attendant.

Accessible entrances

MetLife Stadium has accessible entrances at all gate locations around the stadium perimeter. The primary accessible entry points are at Gate A (south), Gate B (east), Gate C (north), and Gate D (west). Elevator access to all seating levels is available from the main concourse. Staff are positioned at all accessible entrances to assist.

Allow additional time for entry -- accessible lanes process at a different pace than standard entry lanes and security screening is the same for all entrants.

Wheelchair accessible seating areas

Accessible seating is available on all levels of MetLife Stadium, including the lower bowl, club level, and upper deck. Sections have been designed with wheelchair spaces and adjacent companion seating. The lower bowl accessible sections provide close proximity to the pitch with flat concourse access. Upper level accessible sections offer the panoramic view that many visitors with mobility needs find easier to navigate.

All accessible seating areas have direct concourse access without stairs.

ADA parking

There is no general parking at MetLife Stadium for World Cup matches. The only vehicle parking is at American Dream Mall at $225 per vehicle via JustPark.com. American Dream has designated accessible parking spaces in the covered structure closest to the MetLife pedestrian bridge. These must be pre-purchased via JustPark.com along with your match ticket.

For wheelchair users and visitors with mobility limitations, the $20 official shuttle from Port Authority, Grand Central, or Columbus Circle is accessible -- coaches are equipped with wheelchair ramps or lifts. Contact the NYNJ Host Committee shuttle team in advance to confirm boarding arrangements.

Sensory accommodations

MetLife Stadium offers sensory accommodations including quiet rooms available on match days for fans who need to step away from the crowd and noise. Earplugs are available from guest services. Staff are trained in sensory awareness and can assist fans who need support navigating the venue.

If you or a member of your party has a sensory processing condition, contact MetLife Stadium guest services in advance to discuss available accommodations. The stadium also has a sensory bag loan program -- check metlifestadium.com for current availability.

Service animals

Service animals are permitted throughout MetLife Stadium. Relief areas for service animals are located outside the stadium perimeter at designated access points. Stadium staff can direct you to the nearest relief area upon entry.

Medical needs

Medically necessary items that would otherwise violate the clear bag policy (medical devices, medications, syringes, specialized food or formula) are permitted with appropriate documentation. Contact MetLife Stadium guest services before your match date to arrange pre-clearance for medical items. First aid stations are located on every level of the stadium.

Contact and further information

For accessibility-specific questions about World Cup matches at MetLife Stadium, contact FIFA accessibility support at FIFA.com/tickets or MetLife Stadium guest services at metlifestadium.com. Contact well in advance of your match date -- the stadium accessibility team can arrange specific accommodations that are not available on a walk-up basis.
