Getting to MetLife
NJ Transit (recommended): From Penn Station (34th St / 7th Ave) to MetLife Stadium station. $49 round-trip. Buy advance tickets at njtransit.com — trains sell out on Final day. Journey time: 30–35 minutes. Trains run every 15–20 minutes on match days starting 3 hours before kickoff.
World Cup shuttle bus: $20 round-trip from multiple NYC pickup points. Book at njtransit.com or through official FIFA transport channels.
Rideshare: Uber/Lyft will surge to $150–300+ from Manhattan on Final day. Pre-book if you can. Drop-off at the North lot entrance.
Drive and park: Parking at MetLife is $50+. Arrive 2.5 hours before kickoff. Lot 28B is closest to the stadium entrance for most ticket sections.
Gates and Entry
MetLife Stadium has multiple gates corresponding to ticket sections. Upper deck tickets (300s): Gates C and D. Club level (200s): Gates B and E. Lower bowl (100s): Gates A and F. Arrive at least 90 minutes before kickoff for World Cup Final day — security lines are long and the stadium fills from 1pm for a 3pm kickoff.
