If You Don't Have Tickets Yet
This is the most urgent item. Upper deck from ~$7,200 on Ticketmaster verified resale. Prices have been rising since Argentina was confirmed last night and will continue to rise through Saturday. The cheapest window is closing.
If You Have Tickets — Your Checklist
✅ Download tickets offline right now. Open Ticketmaster app → My Tickets → the Final → Save to Apple/Google Wallet. Do this before you need them. Mobile data at MetLife on Final day with 82,500 people is unreliable. Test that the QR code shows without internet.
✅ Buy NJ Transit tickets. Go to njtransit.com or the NJ Transit app. Buy round-trip tickets for Penn Station → MetLife Stadium (Giants/Jets stop). $49 round-trip. Do this NOW — they sell out 24–48 hours before the Final. Look for 12pm, 1pm, and 1:30pm trains.
✅ Check clear bag compliance. MetLife enforces clear bag policy. Your bag must be max 12"x6"x12" and clear/transparent. Non-compliant bags are turned away at the gates. Buy a clear bag tonight if needed — Amazon has them with same-day delivery in NYC.
✅ Check the weather forecast. July 19 at MetLife is expected to be hot and humid. Sunscreen, light layers, and staying hydrated matter for a 90–120 minute outdoor event. The upper deck has no shade.
✅ Plan your arrival time. Aim to be through security by 2pm for a 3pm kickoff. Security lines on Final day run 30–45 minutes. Budget for it.
✅ Tell someone your plan. Your route, which gate you're entering, and when to expect to hear from you. Final day at MetLife will be the most crowded day the stadium has ever seen.
