FIFA Opens Official World Cup Store in NYC at Hudson Yards
The NYNJ Host Committee cut the ribbon on May 21. The store is open now on Level 3 of The Shops at Hudson Yards — jerseys, balls, scarves, and official gear, plus a second location already open at Columbus Circle.
Fans in New York City no longer need to wait for match day to get official World Cup merchandise. The FIFA World Cup 2026 Merchandise Store at Hudson Yards opened on May 21 following a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by FIFA President Gianni Infantino, NYNJ Host Committee CEO Alex Lasry, and Related Companies CEO Jeff Blau. The store — the first official FIFA retail location in the city — is now open to the public on Level 3 of The Shops at Hudson Yards on Manhattan's West Side.
The store carries shirts, soccer balls, scarves, hats, and other official World Cup 2026 accessories. It is one of several planned retail locations across the New York region as part of a broader partnership between Related Companies and the NYNJ Host Committee.
More Locations Coming
The Hudson Yards store is the first of several official FIFA retail points opening across the city this summer. A second location at The Shops at Columbus Circle is also now open. A third store — on 51st Street at Rockefeller Center — opened in mid-May. An additional Rockefeller Center pop-up on Rockefeller Plaza opens July 6, along with a dedicated shop inside the Top of the Rock observation deck starting June 11.
Watch Parties at the Same Location
The Hudson Yards store sits in the same complex as the Backyard at Hudson Yards, which will broadcast every World Cup match on a 30-foot outdoor screen throughout the tournament. Screenings are free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis — Wells Fargo customers receive priority seating. For high-profile matches, including the June 13 Brazil vs. Morocco opener at New York New Jersey Stadium and all knockout-round games, the Backyard is expected to fill well before kickoff.
Hudson Yards also has direct transit access to New York New Jersey Stadium via the NJ Transit train at Moynihan Train Hall, making it a natural pre-match hub for fans with MetLife tickets.
