The World Cup Final is on July 19 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The stadium is officially called the New York New Jersey Stadium for the tournament β but make no mistake, the bulk of the action is in the Garden State, and New Jersey has built one of the most comprehensive World Cup celebration programs of any host region in the country.
From a dedicated official fan hub in Harrison to festivals across Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Camden, Burlington, and Passaic counties, here is everything happening on the New Jersey side of the tournament.
NYNJ World Cup 26 Jersey Fan Hub β Sports Illustrated Stadium, Harrison
The official New Jersey fan experience is at Sports Illustrated Stadium at 600 Cape May Street in Harrison β home of the New York Red Bulls (MLS) and NJ/NY Gotham FC (NWSL). The venue is just 20 minutes by car from MetLife Stadium and accessible via the PATH train to Harrison Station, a 10-minute walk from the stadium.
The Jersey Fan Hub is open on select dates between June 13 and July 15, covering both the group stage (June 13β27) and knockout rounds (July 1β15). Admission is free on regular event days via SI Tickets registration. The hub features:
- Live FIFA World Cup match broadcasts on a state-of-the-art 60-foot screen installed directly on the pitch
- Indoor/outdoor club experience at the Hype House
- Live entertainment and interactive fan activations
- Concert series β including a show featuring Kygo with Kaleo
- Reserved seating in Sections 109 & 110 available for purchase via SI Tickets
The Colombia vs. Portugal watch party on June 27 is expected to be one of the largest Colombian community gatherings in the tri-state area during the tournament. Public parking is available near the stadium for $15β$30.
Dream Fan Fest β American Dream Mall, East Rutherford
American Dream, the second-largest mall in the United States and located directly across from MetLife Stadium, is running a 39-day Dream Fan Fest for the full length of the tournament. Events include watch parties for 17 matches, appearances by soccer stars, Sesame Street characters, and celebrity chefs, plus its own Fan Zone and an all-day Plaza de FΓΊtbol party. The mall also features DreamWorks Water Park and Nickelodeon Universe for families making a full day of it.
SoccerFest β Camden Waterfront
South Jersey gets into the tournament with SoccerFest26 at Wiggins Waterfront Park in Camden, June 25β28. The multiday celebration features large-scale match screenings along the Delaware River, a marketplace, international foods, and a showcase of the region's craft beers and local wines. Youth soccer camps run from 9am to 1pm, with the festival open 12pm to 10pm (12pm to 9pm on the final day). Additional watch parties run along the Haddon Avenue Corridor through Haddonfield, Haddon Heights, Collingswood, and Camden.
Hoboken Big Match Block Party
Just across the Hudson from Manhattan, Hoboken is hosting a Big Match Block Party running for 12 days throughout the tournament. Hoboken's dense bar and restaurant scene makes it one of the most natural places outside of NYC to watch matches in a charged atmosphere. The Hoboken Public Library is also running free community soccer viewing parties in the Small Program Room or outside in the garden.
Flag Cities β Bergen, Essex, Hudson & Passaic Counties
Flag Cities, presented by Goya, runs June 8 through July 16 across Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Passaic counties. The traveling festival celebrates the flags and cultures of competing nations with events at local venues including Mulberry Plaza in Newark, Overpeck Park in Bergen County, and Downtown East Rutherford on the day before Panama vs. England at MetLife (June 27). Each stop features live music, food, and match-day programming.
