Where to Watch Spain in the World Cup Final in NYC — Sunday July 19, 3pm ET

🇪🇸 Spain in the Final — Sunday July 19, 3pm ET · MetLife Stadium or your favorite NYC bar

Spain are in the World Cup Final for the first time since winning it in 2010, and New York City has one of the largest Spanish communities in the United States. On Sunday July 19 at 3pm, every bar with a screen will be showing the match. Book your spot now — Final day watch parties in NYC fill up 24–48 hours in advance.

Jackson Heights, Queens — Spanish Fan HQ

Roosevelt Avenue from 74th to 90th Street is the undisputed center of NYC's Spanish-speaking soccer culture. On Final day this stretch will be impassable. Every bar and restaurant with a TV shows the match. Arrive by 1:30pm to get a seat. The 7 train from Times Square runs directly there — 20 minutes, $2.90. This is where you go if you want to be in the most authentic Spanish fan environment in the city.

Washington Heights, Manhattan

Upper Manhattan's large Dominican and Spanish communities make Washington Heights the second major hub. St. Nicholas Avenue around 181st Street. Bars here have better capacity than Jackson Heights and tend to be slightly less packed — worth considering if you want to actually see the screen.

Astoria, Queens

Astoria has a strong European soccer bar culture. Steinway Street and 31st Street have several good spots that cater to international fans. More relaxed than Jackson Heights but serious about the football.

Midtown Manhattan

The soccer bar strip around 2nd and 3rd Avenues in the 30s and 40s will all be showing the Final. Legends NYC (5th Ave), Smithfield Hall (W 36th St), Nevada Smith's (E 3rd St) and similar venues are good bets. Book ahead — World Cup Final day is the busiest day of the year for every soccer bar in the city.

Go to the Final at MetLife Instead

If you want to be in the building, tickets are still available. Upper deck from approximately $1,200. This is Spain's first Final since 2010. If there is ever a moment to go, this is it.
