Saturday June 28 — MetLife Match Day
Saturday brings one of the weekend's crown jewels — a Round of 32 match at MetLife Stadium at 5:00 PM ET. The matchup will be confirmed on June 27. Here's how to spend the full day:
Morning — Neighborhoods & Brunch
- Jackson Heights — start at Roosevelt Ave for the best arepas and empanadas in NYC ($5–8). Walk the International Food Strip on 74th St.
- Astoria — Greek-Brazilian-Colombian fusion brunch. Try the outdoor cafes on 31st Ave before the afternoon matches start.
- DUMBO — Soccer Streets fan zone opens at noon. Free entry, screens showing pre-match content, food vendors.
Afternoon — MetLife or Watch Party

NJ Transit Meadowlands Line from Secaucus Junction. Match-day buses from Port Authority and Grand Central. Gates open 2.5 hours before kickoff.

Sunday June 29 — Triple-Header Day
Sunday is the biggest single day of the R32 — three confirmed matches including Brazil vs Japan and Germany vs TBD.
2:00 AM — Netherlands vs Morocco (Late Night / Early Morning)

Afternoon — Brazil vs Japan (6:00 PM ET, Houston)
